  • Paige has been the lead trainer on over six 200-hr RYT yoga teacher training programs. She co-designed and led the advanced mentorship at Park Slope Yoga Center for teachers with over 500-hours of training. She continues to mentor yoga teachers, helping them hone their craft, refine their pedagogy and develop their unique voices.

Hi, I’m Paige!

I’m an ERYT-500 certified yoga professional with over 12 years of experience teaching in NYC. In addition to yoga, I’ve studied pilates mat, myo-fascial release, contemporary dance, functional anatomy, thai massage/assisted stretching, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation techniques.

I combine these modalities to create customized mindful movement programs with and for my students to cultivate ease, strength, and flexibility in their lives.
