Fall Yoga Retreat

November 5th-8th, 2026

Wildsong Sanctuary in Cochecton, NY

Join Paige Cara and Keely Angel at Wildsong retreat space in the heart of the Catskills, just two hours outside of NYC. This spacious weekend will include yoga, breathwork, myo-fascial release, meditation, sauna and all the nature.

There will be plenty of down time for reflection and relaxation. We will nourish you with farm-to-table meals, connection with the surrounding nature and each other.

Come renew your energy and soak up autumn

A nature lovers dream, come explore the extensive hiking trails on this 150 acre piece of Earth that showcases the many facets of the environment in upstate New York.

As you ramble along the trails, diverse micro-environments unfold: the beaver pond, pine forest, babbling stream, into the marsh, and back out into fields, rock cliffs, and maple and beech forest.

The lodge includes a sauna, fire place, and lots of nooks and cranies for lounging. Our practice space is a yurt in the field.
